WINEMAKER´S NOTES: Our Preimium wine Merlot reflects the high grape quality with silky ripe berry and plum character, accented with violet and spice nuances. Here, The Lontué Valley, providing outstanding conditions for growing Merlot, a grape variety that prefers cooler mesoclimates. We have given the wine a touch of oak aging, to complement the forward fruit character.
Just to whet your appetite, imagine this wine with grilled salmon steaks with sesame and soy glaze or a goat cheese pizza with leeks and pancetta. The versatile style is also great with roast or grilled turkey, chicken, lamb and beef, and pasta dishes.
