Vine: trellised on 5 threads with two or three trimmings/year.
Harvest: By hand sorted directly on a table on the trailer
Pressing: Direct, entire bunches
Vinification: Cold decanting, fermentation in vats with natural yeasts
Maturing: in vats 3to 4months. Tight Filtration before bottling.
Winetasting: delicate and soft wine with a pink colour. The nose expresses tonic aromas of citrus fruits and fresh fruit. The mouth, in the same tone, leaves a sensation of very pleasant freshness. Perfect with barbecues, asparagus and during all the summer period. Drinks freshly in the year. The elegance of this whole wine is of the one that we obtain on the famous soils.
