Alma Mater is made with grapes harvested manually, macerating the grapes by cold, proceeding to its racking by flotation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 - 12 days.
Alma Mater has a greenish yellow color, clean and bright. Presents typical Godello grape juice aromas: green apple and citrus fruit, white flowers and mineral and honeyed notes.
It is a fresh wine, powerful on the palate, presents sweet flavors with a touch of acidity that brings freshness and nerve, with a spark of carbonic that makes it refreshing and perfect for any occasion.
Ideal with fruit desserts, chocolate or as aperitive wine or "between hours".
