Lovely deep amber color with a rich orange lustre. The bouquet is a complex mix of freshness and licorice which underpin initial notes of vanilla ice-cream and spearmint candy., giving way to exotic fruit and cocoa.
On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, showing great structure and an opening that unveils rich flavours of roasted coffee & cocoa beans and quince which lead gracefully to a long sensorial finale of grilled pineapple and vanilla beans.
