percentage of 58 %.
Ageing: In oak casks until the date of bottling
inscribed on the back label.
Alcohol degree: 44.5%.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful, rich amber with soft mahogany highlights.
The nose is delicate and ripe with sumptuous aromas of prunes and Corinthian raisins, brought together by subtle vanilla and just a touch of cinnamon.
Lovely and round on the palate, with beautiful exotic fruit flavours, dried figs, melting tannins and a rich finale of prunes, supported by lingering notes of liquorice and light wood with just a touch of rancio.
