Vineyard management : the vineyard is led in organic farming.
Soil : Ploughing and hoeing under the rows (depending on the year).
Pruning : simple guyot.
Debudding: heads and extra-buds.
Vine: trellised on 5 threads with two or three trimmings/year.
Harvest : By hand, the harvest is sorted directly on a table upon the truck and then on a special sorting table.
Vinification : The grapes are destemmed, vatting and maceration at low temperature for 18 to 20 days.
Selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in vats
Maturing: in vats for 4 to 5 months. Filtration before bottling.
Serving suggestions : Fruity wine with taste of red fruits can accompany every day dishes
