Blackberry aromas, and sweet spice notes shine through from the first to the last sip. In the mouth the wine opens up to intense ripe red berry flavours, and silky tannins resulting from French oak barrel aging. The finish is long and memorable.

1 bottle (750 ml.) 7 Up or Sprite
30 ml. of brandy
30 ml., triple sec or Cointreau
Chop – oranges or limes, then with mix berries.
Blend all ingredients except the fruit.
Add several square cubes of ice.
Add the fruits and serve.
