WINEMAKER´S NOTES

This Wine reflects and the high grapes quality with silky

ripe berry and plumb character, accented with violet

and spice nuances. Notes of dark plum and spice,

generously framed by toasty With a soft and well

structured mouthfiling texture. Imagine this wine with

grilled salmon steaks with sesame and soy glaze of a

goat cheese pizza with leek of pancetta. The versatile

style is also great with roast or grilled turkey. chicken,

lamb and beef, and pasta dishes. .
