Off dry, striking natural acid backbone supports this delicately balanced wine.   The lemon citrus fruit and mild toasted oak persists from start to finish.

Label Notes:

The 2017 vintage was cooler than normal and resulting wine is lighter in alcohol with good supporting acids. Fruit was harvested during the cool night from a single vineyard in Harvey, then crushed and fermented in tank seasoned with a light blend of US and French oak.
